ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Minimum “O” levels (Diploma and above recommended)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle incoming service enquiries and walk-in clients
  • Recommend suitable corporate solutions to meet client needs
  • Prepare and generate service fee billings for clients
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospective clients and existing clients
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Liaise with teammates to ensure information are accurately recorded in database
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • 5-Day work week

 

REQUIREMENTS

or fresh hires, excellent adaptability and ability to absorb new skillsets are highly preferred.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

Minimum Degree in Accounting or possess ACCA qualification

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare full set of accounts
  • Draft financial statements
  • Accurate data entry to accounting software
  • Manage GST and Corporate Tax submission
  • Preparation of analysis of accounts
  • Ensure filing deadlines are met
  • Understand accounting figures and ensure accounting figures are accurately and reasonably presented
  • Communicate and liaise with broad range of accounting clients including international and Chinese-speaking clients
  • Recommend value-added advice to clients to improve on profit margins
  • Team-lead accounting executives by coordinating activities and answering questions
  • Review accounting and bookkeeping work of Accounting Executives
  • Maintaining confidentiality on all clients’ information

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in Accounting Firms is a plus
  • At least 3 – 5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Experienced in full set of partial accounts
